Alcohol

It is often difficult to comprehend the negative health effects and the advantages of drinking alcohol. It is because researchers don't know much about the benefits or risks of moderate consumption of alcohol in healthy adults. Most studies on lifestyle (e.g. diet, exercise, caffeine and alcohol) are based on truthful report of patients over many years. These studies may reveal that there's an association between two factors but they do not necessarily cause each other. It may be that adults who are in good health are more social and consume moderate amounts of alcohol, but that the alcohol has nothing to do with making them healthier.Any potential benefits from alcohol are minimal and do not be the case for all people. Based on the most current food guidelines, nobody should start drinking alcohol or increase their intake of alcohol in order to gain health benefits. For many people those who are able to reap the benefits, they don't overshadow the risks and so avoiding drinking alcohol is the best choice.
