Maggie Grace, born Margaret Grace Denig on the 21st of September the 21st of September 1983 in Worthington Ohio, is an American actor. She is famous for her roles as Shannon Rutherford and Kim Mills as well on ABC's Lost TV show. Her birthplace was Worthington in Ohio. She was kicked out of school after her parents separated to go into Los Angeles to live with her mother. While struggling financially she landed her first part as the title character in the online video series Rachel's Room in the year 2001. Her performance in the role of Martha Moxley, a 15-year-old victim of murder in the T.V. movie Murder In Greenwich in 2002, earned her an award nomination for the Young Artist Award. In 2004, Grace was selected to portray Shannon Rutherford in the television series Lost where she was the main actor for the first two seasons. She was also awarded an Screen Actors Guild Award shared with the cast of the ensemble. Grace quit the show in 2005 to focus on the role of a greater part in movies, and had a role alongside Tom Welling as Kim Mills in Taken. The following year, she was as a character in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club and also, as Liam Neeson's Kim Mills as Kim Mills in Taken. She played the same role as Kim Mills in Taken 2 and Taken 3 (both in 2012). Grace was back on the Lost series for the last two episodes playing Shannon. Grace was a part of the show's sixth season that aired between 2013 and the year 2014. She plays Faith as a groupie as well as a model for stars. Hank Moody is played by David Duchovny. She's the child of Stephen Gyllenhaal (director) and Naomi Achs (producer), and is younger in age than Jake Gyllenhaal. The first time she appeared in films starring her father in his adolescent years. Along with her brother, she was also on the screen in Donnie Darko (2000). Her next appearance was in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind as well as Mona Lisa Smile (2003). Gyllenhaal was praised by critics for her leading performances in the erotic romance comedy drama Secretary (2002) as well as the thriller Sherrybaby (2006) both of which resulted in an Golden Globe Award nomination.
